What the Service does

The Service processes text you submit — from Google Sheets™ or from this website — using third-party AI models, and returns a generated result. You keep ownership of the text you submit and of the output you receive.

Credits and plans

• Usage is metered in credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance and a daily ceiling, both shown in the app.
• Some operations cost more than others. Search-grounded requests (BAI_LIVE) carry a higher rate because they cost us more to serve. The rate is applied before the request runs and reflected in your balance.
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods, and included credits have no cash value.
• Results are cached for a period. A repeated identical request may be served from cache and not billed again.

Billing

• Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT and sales tax. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.
• Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate partial months.
• If a payment fails, the subscription is marked past due and access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• Generate content that harasses, defames, or endangers people;
• Process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions, including by registering multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits;
• Resell raw model access, as distinct from building something on top of it.

We may suspend accounts that do these things, with notice where practical.

AI output — read this part

Output is generated by statistical models. It can be wrong, biased, or fabricated, and it is wrong in ways that look confident. This matters more here than in a chat interface: a bulk run across thousands of rows produces thousands of unreviewed results.

You are responsible for checking output before relying on it, particularly for financial, legal, medical, or employment decisions. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee on current plans. The Service depends on Google Cloud and on third-party AI models, and may be degraded or interrupted by their outages, rate limits, or changes.

Changes to the Service

We may change features, models, prices, and limits. The specific AI models behind each quality tier may change without notice as providers release and retire them — the tier names are the stable interface, not the underlying model. Price increases on an existing paid plan take effect at your next renewal, with at least 30 days’ notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, or if required by law. On termination, unused credits are forfeited.
